Dalit Social Development Center Kapilvastu Municipality ward Number 5 Kapilvastu, Nepal 1.1 Introduction          In the contest of social discrimination exited in the society, Dalit, women; PVSE (Poor Vulnerable and socially excluded) and marginalized groups have been victimized with different domains of visible and invisible bias. Therefore, people of these groups have been backward and excluded to utilize their rights.  People of these groups such Dalits, women, adolescents, poor, excluded castes and people with disability have been living under discriminatory oppressions for years.
